Vendor Timeline
*We will begin accepting all vendor application beginning April 12, 2021.
*South Ogden non-vendors will have the opportunity to register at a reduced fee of $35 and South Ogden licensed business food vendors for $75 for the one day event.
*All vendor fees are due at the time of registration and will be paid online.
*Vendors will be assigned a space in the park on a first come basis Friday evening. We will not assign spaces before Friday.
*All food vendors must be parked no later than 7:30 am on Saturday, 6/19. Please enter park via Adam's Ave and the Public Works building.
*FRIDAY SETUP: Vendor set up on Friday, 6/18 is from 5pm to 8pm—all vehicles must be off the grass by 8pm.
*SATURDAY SETUP: Food Trucks must be in their spot no later than 8am on Saturday morning. Vendors must be set up on Saturday, 6/19 is from 7am-9:00 am—all vehicles must be off the grass by 9am. Vendor vehicles must enter at South Ogden public works entrance on 5590 South 600 East just off of Adams Ave.
At 11pm Saturday night, VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED TO PULL ON THE GRASS WHEN THE PARK LIGHTS HAVE BEEN TURNED ON AND FOOT TRAFFIC HAS CLEARED.
*South Ogden City WILL NOT BE providing overnight security on Friday night and is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please only leave tables or canopies at the park for Friday night setup.
