Vendor Rules and Information
GENERAL INFORMATION
South Ogden has the right to review and restrict any business that does not comply with any of the following guidelines. These guidelines can be adjusted or changed without notice.
*All booths must be in good taste.
*All vendors are expected to provide a good value product or service.
*No sexually oriented businesses or weapons will be approved. This is a family friendly festival.
*Please note you may not be the only vendor selling your product or food at the festival. South Ogden will do their best not to place two like businesses next to each other. Booths are assigned on a first come first serve basis on Friday night.
*Booth fees are non-refundable, if you are unable to attend the event you can sell your space to another vendor but South Ogden City will not issue refunds. If South Ogden Days is canceled due to CDC, State, or local health regulations, you will be refunded the full booth rent. If you sell your vendor space, please notify the Special Events Coordinator.
*No pets are allowed in Friendship Park.
*No alcohol is permitted in Friendship Park.
*Only “Food Vendors” are allowed to sell food or beverages and the Health Department requires they be the designated food vendor area so please select (FV) when choosing a vendor booth space.
*Non-food vendors are not permitted to give away food or beverages for any purpose without prior consent.
*Each vendor will receive one Vendor Parking Pass good for one vehicle only. All others must park in public parking.
We will mail your Vendor Parking Pass to you on May 31, 2021.
TEMPORARY SALES TAX LICENSE
All vendors must have a Temporary Sales Tax License (no exceptions). The paperwork will be mailed to you with your parking pass on May 31, 2021. If you have questions please contact the Utah State Tax Commission's Special Events Unit at 801-297-6303.
TEMPORARY FOOD SERVICE PERMIT
All food vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Food Establishment Permit (no exceptions).
Please note this permit is not the same as a Food Handlers Permit or a Business License.

This permit must be filled out & paid for at least 14 days prior to the event or the fee will be doubled by the Health Department. The Health Department will be at the park to inspect food vendors on Saturday, June 19, 2021.
If you do not have a permit, you will be shut down.
